1. What if I am not satisfied with the bracelets?
Before we begin producing bracelets for any order, we send our customers a 2D mock-up artwork of the bracelet. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the color and message on the bracelet is correct. After approval and payment has been received, we cannot cancel the work order.
If there was a defect on the production of the bracelet, the ink on the bracelet fades, or if the actual bracelet does not compare to the original 2D artwork approved, then we will reproduce the bracelets free of charge.
2. Do accept orders of below 50 bracelets?
We have a minimum order of 50 bracelets for imprinted bracelets, and a minimum order of 200 bracelets for the debossed/embossed bracelets. We didn’t want to go lower than that to keep our prices per bracelet low and not to scare our visitors. If you want to order a lower quantity than that, shoot us an email, however, expect the prices to be a lot higher than usual.
3. If I reorder the same bracelet again in the future, can you give me a discount?
Certainly. We offer a 10% discount for reorders of Debossed/Embossed bracelet, since we will be using the same mold, and a 5% discount for Imprinted bracelets orders.
Just shoot us an email and let us know that you ordered from us before, along with your order number.
4. Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept the 4 payment methods listed below.
a. Money Orders – you can obtain these at your local bank, at selected groceries, or just at your local post office. They will be mailed to us, and once we receive them, production will immediately begin.
b. Bank Wire Transfers – you will initiate a bank wire transfer at your local bank. Your banker should be able to assist you with this. It should only take about 10 minutes filling up a form at the bank. It should be transferred to our bank within 2-3 business days.
c. Paypal – you can send us the payment directly to our Paypal email address. After it clears, we will begin production immediately. Sometimes it doesn’t undergo a clearing period, and thus, production will begin immediately.
d. Credit Cards – we accept Mastercard and Visa only. You Credit Card will be processed through a Secure Server Gateway.

5. Do you accept partial payments?
We usually advise our customers to pay upfront 100% during payment for the continuous production of the bracelets and to ensure promptness. If for however any reason, you can send us 50% of the total, and once we produce a single bracelet, we will send you a photo of the actual bracelet, then we will require the other 50% of the payment prior to shipment. We will however have to undergo the payment method again.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship to other countries including Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. There will be however an extra fee for shipping.
7. I need the bracelets ASAP. Can you do a rush order?
Yes we can definitely do it, however, we prefer not to. We will prioritze your order among our other customers, and might delay production depending on our load.
