Our minimum order is 20 pieces for Debossed and Imprinted bracelets, and 100 pieces for Deboss-Fill and Embossed bracelets.

Our standard delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place the order to the time you receive the bracelets in your hands. For orders needed at a specific time, we have rush delivery available. We can commit delivery as early as 8 days for orders 5,000 bracelets and below. For orders above 5,000 bracelets, we can commit delivery in 9-10 days. There will be a additional fee for rush orders:

Yes. We do offer rush shipping. For orders less than 5,000 bracelets, we can deliver the bracelets in 8 days or less. For orders more than 5,000 bracelets, we can deliver in 9-10 days or less. Please give us a call at (888) 272-8880 so that we can give you the exact timeframe.

Here at Kulayful, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that bracelets are sometimes needed by a specific date for a particular event or occasion, and afterwards, become unusable. We have a guarantee that on the worst-case scenario, the bracelets happen to not arrive on time, we will refund 50% of the total cost. You will get to keep the original bands as well.

We guarantee the lowest prices in the market. If for some reason you find a company that can offer the bracelets at a lower price, we will beat their price by 5%. The pricematch must be done prior to completing the order.

Yes, there will be an additional charge of $0.04 for the first additional color, and $0.02 for each additional color afterwards.

The bracelets are made out of 100% Silicone Rubber. They are comparable to the popular Lance Armstrong Livestrong wristbands.

Yes you can. We will have to charge a small shipping & handling fee of $2.50 for this. Please call us to request samples.

Yes definitely. Please send us the logo, and we will have you confirm the final artwork before we begin production of the bracelets. There will be a slight delay in the setup of the production with a custom logo, usually one day.
